How does booking a trial session work?
To request a trial lesson, browse our Tutors directory and click on "View Profile" for any instructor. In their profile page, choose a date, time slot, write a short learning note, and submit the trial request. Tutors will approve the slots and may assign study materials or a free trial video lesson for you!
How can I purchase and watch a course?
Browse the Explore Courses section, review descriptions, category tags, and prices. Once purchased, the course will instantly appear under the "My Courses" tab of your Student Dashboard. You can open the course player to view full-screen curriculum lessons, download study notes, and submit ratings.
What are the commission structures for instructors?
By default, new teachers are registered on the Free Tier, enabling them to upload courses and accept trial requests. Upgrading your subscription package increases cloud study material storage sizes, lowers transaction commission percentages, and highlights your profile in public queries.
How do I communicate with my tutor?
Logged-in students can visit the "Messages" section on their dashboard, search for any tutor by their name or unique ID, and send messages instantly. Tutors can reply to queries through their own messaging console.
Is there a money-back refund guarantee?
Yes! If a course or 1-on-1 tutoring class did not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please check our Refund Policy page for full details and eligibility.
